A Practical Guide to Navigating the IFTR 2025 Schedule
It can be overwhelming to navigate a conference program featuring 25 Working Groups, a New Scholars Forum, and a General Panel with Curated, Sponsored, and Co-Sponsored Panels—plus Forum 4 Discussion and numerous Keynotes. That's why we've invested in a scheduling system to help you make sense of what happens when.
This guide will help you navigate the main functions of our program website:
Schedule
The Schedule Section displays all time slots in chronological order. We organize contributions thematically within each time slot and name the sessions accordingly. In the schedule view, 'Parent Sessions' are displayed at the first level. Individual contributions can be seen as 'Subsessions' by clicking on the Parent one.
The Schedule view shows every Parent Session at once, unless filtered by three parameters:
- Tracks (Parent Session Titles)
- Formats (Time slots as in the published schedule structure)
- Audiences (Respective Working Group, New Scholars Forum, General Panel - Curated, Sponsored, and Co-Sponsored Panels)
It is important to note that Working Groups have their own dynamics, and some allow only attendance of delegates from their own Working Group.
We gave Working Groups the opportunity to offer Sponsored or Co-Sponsored Panels so the general audience could also interact with their contributions. Therefore, to find sessions open to all IFTR 2025 participants, filter by selecting not only 'General Panel' but also 'Curated Panel', 'Sponsored Panel', and 'Co-Sponsored Panel' in the Audiences filtering option.
Speakers
The Speakers Section features all IFTR 2025 presenters, offering the easiest way to see who is presenting in which sessions. You can search speakers by name. Each speaker's page displays their short CV and lists all sessions they're involved in. (Note: Chairs of General Panel Sessions are registered as speakers at the Parent Session level.)
